Why Build With US?

We combine sticks and mortar, men and equipment, plans and engineering to construct houses and other buildings like most builders. What is different about us? We bring a commitment to you and creative ingenuity into our projects; beginning at the design stages all the way through to the last details. We realize that our projects will exist with people as an active and living part of their daily lives, and therefore it must reflect both the purpose of the building and the people who use it.

The hardest thing for us to do is to build a building exactly like the last one. Why? Each project is as fluent as the people who use it and unique as the purpose for the building. The subcontractors are different, the land is different, the materials are different, the plans are different, and most of all the customers are different. We look at each of our projects by the customers and not by the building. We don’t build houses, churches, and office buildings. We build a home for the Smiths and their kids, a place to worship God for the congregation of a church, and a home away from home for employees of Acme, Inc. It is the customer’s ideas, vision, and personality that we turn into a reality!

Our customers say we are “great builders.” Yes we are! It is not because of luck or some gift handed to us, it is because we work long and hard with commitment, devotion, perseverance, love, and respect for each other and the customers we are so grateful to have the honor to serve, without you we would not exist. We have been building for over 20 years; we are not a “fly by night” construction company. Some of our crew has been with us as long. We have a good standing in our community and our peers respect us. We have a long list of satisfied customers that will only get longer. Many of our customers have chosen to work with us on multiple projects, which says a lot about the quality of work we do and the satisfaction of our customers. All of the different kinds of buildings we have constructed and people we have built for only add to our inspiration and creativity. We are not just merely homebuilders, but we build churches, schools, government buildings, offices, warehouses; the list goes on and on, and we bring all of this knowledge and experience with us.

We are builders of great skill and talents, but we have grown beyond just delivering a product for money; into delivering your ideas, wants, and needs into something that you can grow, live, work, play, and interact in comfortably. We do not build statues; our projects must be able to reflect personality and functionality of their owners, they must be able to be more than outstanding to look at but something that can become a comfortable part of your life, whether you live, work, worship, or play in one of our buildings.

We realize that we are only part of the birthing process to an inanimate object; the magic starts when the people move in, breathe life into it, and make it their own. Our purpose is to deliver something that will grow and live with you, for your 3rd child, first office with a view, swelling congregation, quiet retirement retreat, one-millionth customer, whatever your need. We think of all of these things when we are building for you. This is what makes us different!
